Using FisioRest

How long should I use FisioRest each day?
We recommend 15–30 minute sessions, once or twice a day. The device shuts off automatically at the end of the cycle, so it can’t be overused. For the first 30 days, daily use gives the best results; after that, many customers use it 3–4 times a week for maintenance.

How soon will I feel a difference?
Most people feel some relief during the first 15-minute session as the heat loosens the muscles and the 26° traction eases tension. Lasting results typically build over 2–4 weeks of daily use.

Does FisioRest need to be plugged in?
Yes — FisioRest is corded by design so it can deliver consistent heat and therapeutic vibration without relying on a small battery under your neck. The cord reaches a bed, couch, or chair comfortably, and a USB power bank (12W+) can be used on the go.

Can I use it if I have a herniated disc, arthritis, or had surgery?
